TableMap is a seating chart tool for weddings and events. This page explains what information we handle and how.

Your seating chart data

All guest names, table assignments, RSVP statuses, and event details you enter are stored only in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device — it is not sent to any server operated by TableMap. Clearing your browser data or using a different browser will clear your seating chart.

Purchases (Lemon Squeezy)

If you purchase TableMap Pro, your payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (our payment provider). Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, and payment information to complete the transaction and issue your license key. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made and the license key to validate your Pro status — we do not receive or store your card details. Analytics (Vercel)

This site uses Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymized, aggregated data about page visits — including general geographic region, browser type, and referring URL. No personal identifiers or individual user profiles are created. Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Cookies

TableMap does not use cookies. The Lemon Squeezy checkout overlay may set cookies for fraud prevention during the purchase flow; these are governed by Lemon Squeezy's policy.

Children

TableMap is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above. Continued use of TableMap after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
